3 lbs. ribs Salt and pepper Garlic powder to taste 2 c. bottled barbecue sauce Put ribs in broiler pan and broil, turning occasionally until well browned. Pour off fat and cut ribs in serving pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in slow cooker. Add garlic powder to sauce and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high - 3 to 4 hours), or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
