MEAT PIE
 

1 lb. ground pork
Salt and pepper
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
Vanilla flavor
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk

For pie crust, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, 2 eggs, vanilla flavoring, shortening, milk. Take half of dough and pat in a pie pan. Cook ground pork and salt and pepper. Drain grease. Add meat to pie pan. Take rest of dough and roll out. Put on top of meat. Seal edges and bake until brown. Bake at 350 degrees.
