MAPLE GLAZE FOR BAKED HAM
 

3/4 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Combine ingredients. Cover ham with maple glaze during last half hour of cooking. Baste frequently.
