1/4 c. lite soy sauce 2 tbsp. sugar Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c. water 1 lb. pork chops Combine soy sauce, sugar and water in skillet. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the pork chops, seasoned with salt and pepper, if desired. Simmer over medium heat until chops are tender, spooning sauce over them frequently. Cooking time is about 40 to 45 minutes. |
