Worcestershire sauce Barbeque Sauce: 2 tbsp. butter 1 chopped green pepper 1 minced sm. onion 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. ketchup Roast ribs in 500 oven for 15-20 minutes. Cut heat to 325 degrees and roast 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with basting sauce. Simmer barbeque sauce in a pan for 15 minutes and serve on country style ribs. |
