PORK IN PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE
 

1 can (29 oz.) pork
1 med. onion
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. ground ginger, cinnamon or curry powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. flour

Drain pork, throw away juices. Take off and rinse off visible fat with hot water. Brown pork with onion in skillet until onion is soft. Stir in peanut butter, one of the spices and pepper.

Mix flour and cold water in small bowl, make a smooth paste. Add to peanut butter and pork mixture. Cook and stir for 3 minutes until mixture becomes thick. Serve hot over rice or any pasta like spaghetti or noodles.
