3 lbs. ground beef 2 eggs 4 slices soft bread crumbs 1 tsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. celery flakes 1/4 c. barbecue sauce 1-2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 c. milk Bacon Mix to consistency of meat loaf. Shape into small loaves and wrap each loaf with a strip of bacon. Have the bacon extend over the top of the loaves and fill this with tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then decrease temperature to 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow space between layers. |
