2 lbs. beef, ground very fine 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. chili power 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 can tomato sauce 2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water 1 c. catsup Brown the ground beef, pepper, and onion slowly then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Can be frozen. |
