HAWAIIAN RIBS
 

6 or 8 lbs. pork spareribs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Bar-B-Q sauce of your choice
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. soy sauce

Place ribs in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Drain. Lower temperature to 300 degrees. Combine pineapple, bar-b-q sauce, onion and soy sauce. Pour sauce over and between ribs. Bake uncovered 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done. Cut into serving pieces.
