EASY BARBECUED RIBS
 

3 lbs. spareribs
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
Pinch of garlic powder

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon over ribs. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Yield: 3 to 4 servings. NOTE: Easy and very, very good.
