1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 thick pork chops 1 med. onion 1 lemon Brown pork chops in frying pan if desired. Place uncooked rice in bottom of large casserole dish. Place pork chops on rice. Slice onion and place 1 slice per pork chop. Then place 1 lemon slice on top of each onion slice. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup over chops. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
