6 pork chops 1 lg. can apple sauce 1/2 c. sherry wine 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Brown pork chops in a skillet. Remove to baking dish. Mix apple sauce, sherry and spices. Spoon 1/2 of mixture on chops. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Turn chops and spoon remainder of sauce. Return to oven 20 minutes longer. Good. |
