SKILLET PORK CHOPS
 

4 to 6 pork chops (loin)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops in skillet. Remove any excess fat. Add soup and water. Simmer for 45 minutes on top of stove. Makes a wonderful gravy for mashed potatoes. Chops will be very tender.
