4 to 5 lb. brisket beef 1/2 c. ketchup 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 1 can beer (12 oz.) 1 can (whole) cranberry sauce Lay the brisket on heavy tin foil. Sprinkle soup, ketchup and 1 can cranberries over the brisket, then pour can of beer over all. Wrap securely and seal tight. Uncover the last 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. |
