1 1/2 lb. round steak or roast, cut into strips 2/3 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/3 c. oil 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper Place beef in shallow dish. Combine ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Place on grill and turn beef occasionally. |
