PORK CHOPS (SMOKED)
 

Stick 10-12 whole cloves into a small onion. Add this and bay leaf to 2 cups hot beef broth. Bring to a boil and add 4-6 smoked pork chops. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with cooked sauerkraut. Lacking beef broth: 2 cups water and 2 bouillon cubes.
