PORK CHOPS & HASH BROWNS
 

1 lg. pkg. center cut pork chops (7-9)
2 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans Durkee dried onion rings

Cook hash brown potatoes as directed on package, place them on bottom of baking or roasting pan. Mix in both cans of celery soup condensed. Grate cheese and mix half in the potatoes. Mix in 1 can of onion rings. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Sprinkle the remainder of cheese on top and the other can of Durkee onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
