2 lbs. round steak or stew meat, cut in sm. pieces 1 envelope dry onion soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Mix soups with water and marinate meat overnight or all day. Cook for 2 hours on slow heat in a heavy Dutch oven or bake in a covered casserole for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Serve with a crisp salad. |
