3-6 lbs. beef brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
16 oz. favorite BBQ sauce
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Sprinkle beef with salts on both sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil. Bake four hours at 275 degrees F.
