10-12 lb. smoked ham, shank portion with bone
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. fruit juice
Place the ham with the fat side down on an 8 x 12 inch microwave-safe dish with rack. Microwave on medium (50%) 5 minutes per pound.
Halfway through cooking time, turn the ham over and remove accumulated liquid with a baster. Score the top.
Combine sugar, mustard and juice and microwave on high (100%) for 30 seconds. Baste ham with glaze, cover with wax paper and microwave. Baste again during cooking time. Let stand 15-20 minutes before slicing.
