6 center cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick Garlic seasoning Black pepper Onion bits 1 c. applesauce 1 c. sauerkraut Cinnamon Brown pork chops in a little oil. Season with garlic seasoning and black pepper. Place browned and seasoned chops in a baking dish. Put sauerkraut on top of chops and spoon applesauce over the sauerkraut. Sprinkle with onion its and cinnamon. Put 1/4 cup of water in pan. Cover with foil. Bake about 1 hour until chops are tender. Serve with mashed potatoes. |
