4 to 6 thick cut pork chops Flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp. milk 2 c. bread crumbs 2 c. oil Beat eggs and milk. Pour into shallow dish (pie pan). Put flour into shallow dish (pie pan). Flour both sides of each pork chop. Dip pork chops into egg and milk mixture. Put bread crumbs into shallow dish. Bread both sides of each pork chop. In medium size skillet, heat oil to high or medium high. Oil should be 1/2 deep. Briefly fry pork chops one or two at a time until golden brown. Place browned chop on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
