HOT BEEF HUNGARIAN
 

Fry hot banana peppers, in oil

Cut in pieces. 2 jalapeno peppers, not fried. Add tomato juice 3 cans 46 oz. each.

Tomato paste
Cut in 6 potatoes
Celery
5 lbs. beef rump or chuck roast, browned
3 loaves French bread
Red wine

Brown beef on both sides. Add banana peppers and jalapenos, tomato juice, tomato paste, about 6 potatoes, 1 celery (add some wine). Cook several hours. To serve, serve with French bread and dip in (hot) sauce.
