1 (5 lb.) beef roast, cooked 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. pepper Put cut up beef in roaster and cover with a cheese cloth. Pour the above ingredients over the cheese cloth and bake about 30 minutes or longer until tender and juices have seeped through. |
