2 lb. boneless center chuck roast 1 can beef broth 2 or 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 crockpot Put meat on bottom of crockpot. Add dry soup mix, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Put crockpot on low and cook for 9 to 10 hours. Take meat out first and put on a plate. Shred the meat. Pat meat back into crockpot and mix with juice. Serve on hamburger buns. |
