1 1/3 c. minced onions 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. ketchup 1/8 tsp. salt 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. mustard (dry) 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Saute onions in butter and remaining ingredients, simmer. Cover for 10 minutes. Place ribs round side up on rack in pan and bake for 10-15 minutes at 500 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with sauce. |
