PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING BAKE
 

6 pork chops, about 1/2" thick
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant pork flavored stuffing mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. fresh or crushed parsley
1/4 tsp. ground sage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish, leaving space in the center for stuffing. Bake 20 minutes or until pork chops begin to brown.

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, adding onion, celery and sage with the seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk and parsley.

Remove pork chops from oven. Carefully mound stuffing in the center of the baking dish. Spoon soup mixture over chops. Bake 15 minutes more or until pork chops are tender. (160 degrees internally) Serves 6.
