2 pounds pork tenderloin 2 cloves garlic, diced 4 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons wine or balsamic vinegar 2/3 cup soy sauce 1 red onion, minced 4 tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all ingedients. Pour over the meat and marinate overnight. Put meat into a shallow baking dish with the marinade.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30-60 minutes, basting every ten minutes.
Recipe may be doubled. Served accompanied by fried rice.

This was very good - very tasty - I only marinated for 3 hrs. Next time I'll marinate overnight, and we like things on the sweet side, so I put a little more honey and brown sugar than the recipe called for - really, very very tasty.

Outstanding! I substituted the red onion for half of a sweet onion (red onions give me migraines for some reason). Apart from that, I stuck to the recipe and it was just amazing. It was also incredibly easy.
