1½ to 2 lbs. ground beef ¾ cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 eggs ½ cup milk 1/3 cup ketchup ½ to 1 cup sugar 1½ tablespoons horseradish 1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix ¼ cup green peppers (optional) ¼ cup onion (optional)
Mix ingredients and shape into loaf. Topping: ¾ cup ketchup ½ cup brown sugar
