CREAMY COLESLAW
 

1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
Freshly ground pepper
3 c. finely shredded red or green cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrot
3 tbsp. chopped red onion

Mix yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, sugar and pepper in medium glass or plastic bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
