BAR B QUE
 

1 lb. beef (London broil or chuck roast)
2 1/3 tbsp. sugar

MARINADE:

4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. green onion, minced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 tbsp. ginger root
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Dash of pepper and red pepper
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil

Barbecue in usual manner over charcoal. Dip in following sauce to serve.

DIPPING SAUCE:

4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/2 green onion
Red pepper
