1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. diced celery 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats 3 tbsp. oil 1 c. bread crumbs 1 c. tofu, mashed 1 c. Vege Burger 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage 1 egg 1 c. milk
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
