SCALLOP SAUTE
Brush 2 pounds scallops with melted butter and roll in seasoned flour. Saute in butter about 5 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Arrange on serving dish, sprinkle with melted butter, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
