8 oz. egg noodles 1 lb. smoked kielbasa 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can of milk 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook egg noodles. Meanwhile, cook kielbasa and onion until browned; drain off fat. Add soup and stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add beans and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add cooked noodles in skillet. Heat 2 minutes, stirring often. Serves 4. |
