BBQ RIBS/CHICKEN
 

1/2 c. hot BBQ sauce
2/3 c. hickory smoke BBQ sauce
2/3 c. onion BBQ sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Black pepper
Beef ribs/chicken

SAUCE:

Mix BBQ sauce with lemon juice and pepper.

Prepare meat choice with garlic powder and black pepper; rub well. Place in baking pan and top with foil, shiny side in. Tighten. Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes, 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, brush meat with sauce, turn, brush sauce on other side. Bake at 375 degrees with foil loose and open 30 minutes. If too watery, turn off oven and let sit for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh French bread.
