4 pork blade steaks 1 can Campbell's bean with bacon soup 1 c. water 1 pkg. frozen Birdseye broccoli, corn and red peppers Cook pork thoroughly in skillet; drain off the grease. Add veggies, soup and water. Simmer covered until veggies are tender. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. I threw this together because that's all that was in the cupboard and lo and behold it was good! |
