BBQ HOT DOGS & SAUERKRAUT
 

12 hot dogs, scored spiral fashion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (1 lb. 11 oz.) sauerkraut, drained

Melt butter. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add hot dogs and brown lightly. Combine chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Add to hot dogs. Cook slowly 10 minutes. Spoon sauerkraut into 2 quart casserole. Arrange hot dogs on sauerkraut and pour sauce over all. Cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
