BBQ BRISKET
 

1 brisket
1 jar chili sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 can real (not diet) Coke

Place brisket fat side up in roasting pan. Mix other ingredients together and pour over brisket. Bake at 325 degrees for 4-5 hours. Remove brisket from pan carefully and remove fat. Pour sauce into bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Wrap brisket in foil and chill. When chilled, brisket will slice easily. Fat will rise to top of sauce and you can remove it easily. Slice meat and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350 degrees until warm, then serve.
