BAVARIAN SCHNITZEL
 

4 boneless pork chops
1 egg, beaten well with 1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. regular flour
1 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper
Curry powder (optional)
Oil or shortening

Cut each pork chop in half. Lightly beat each piece. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and curry powder. Turn each piece in flour, making sure it is lightly coated; then dip it in the egg milk mixture; then coat it with cracker crumbs.

Fry in hot oil or shortening until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
