3-3 1/2 lb. beef round steak 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce w/mushrooms 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 med. onion, chopped Salt & pepper Cut round steak into serving size pieces and brown in 2 tablespoons shortening. Mix together other ingredients and pour around meat in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is tender. |
