BEEROCKS
 

Bread dough, enough for 2 loaves, ready for shaping
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. head cabbage
1 onion
Garlic & pepper to taste

Cut bread dough into 12 pieces. Roll out into squares. Brown hamburger, season with garlic and pepper heavily. Chop cabbage and onion. Cook in heavy skillet with small amount of water until cabbage is limp. Drain. Add to meat. Check seasoning. Season again if needed.

Put meat-cabbage mixture on dough squares, fold over and pinch edges together. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 45 minutes until brown.
