1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. soy sauce 6 bulbs garlic, crushed 1 sprig rosemary 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all sauce ingredients, simmer 10 minutes. Cut duck into halves and barbecue, turning several times and swabbing sauce on generously until tender about 30-40 minutes. |
