SAWMILL GRAVY AND BISCUITS
 

1 stick butter
1/2 c. sifted flour
3 c. milk
1 c. beef bouillon
1 lb. beef sausage
2 tbsp. dehydrated parsley
Black pepper

Brown sausage in frying pan. Drain on paper towels. Pour off grease. Melt butter in frying pan. Add flour. Stir until smooth. Add milk and bouillon, stir constantly until mixture thickens. Add sausage, parsley and pepper; heat thoroughly. Serve over biscuits split in half. Serves 4.
