MARINATED LONDON BROIL
 

About a 2 lb. cut of London Broil or Flank Steak

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine marinade ingredients in glass or plastic container. Place meat in marinade turning to coat completely. Marinate, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight, refrigerated. Remove meat from marinade and cook on prepared grill. This should be grilled until some pink remains inside. (If grilled well done it will be dry and tough.) We usually grill about 8 to 10 minutes per side.
