TERIYAKI MEATBALLS
 

Form 3 pounds hamburger into tiny balls no more than 1 inch across. Place in large flat roasting pan and pour over them the following: 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. fresh crushed or powdered ginger (can use finely chopped candied ginger from Spice Island 2 cloves chopped garlic

Cook for 1 hour, uncovered, in 275 degree oven. Serve hot in chafing dish.
