1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. butter 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. milk
Mix into a thick batter. Put batter on a flat dish. Drop from side of dish by teaspoon into boiling salt water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve in soup, or with butter or with sauteed cabbage.
