1 1/2 lbs. shark steaks 1/4 c. olive oil 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. minced ginger 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients except fish. Place fish and marinade in plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Broil 3 inches from heat, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Baste while cooking. |
