1 lb. lint sausage 1/2 lb. bacon 4 oz. flour Pinch of salt 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. melted butter Cook sausages; cut into bite-size pieces. Cook bacon, cut into pieces. Put bacon and sausage into a greased baking dish. Put in 400 degree oven to keep hot. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over bacon and sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. 4 servings. |
