4 rock Cornish hens 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger (or 1 tsp. ground ginger) 1/2 c. dry white wine 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. soy sauce Marinate hens at room temperature for 1 hour in onion, ginger, wine and soy sauce. Grill on low flame, 5" from heat with cover on grill. Baste and turn hens several times until golden brown. |
