1 (2-3 lb.) flank steak, score both sides 1/2 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. dehydrated minced onion 1 tsp. seasoning salt 1 tsp. black pepper Mix all ingredients together; marinate 6 to 8 hours. Then grill over medium hot coals 5 minutes per side for rare or 7 minutes per side medium rare. Do not over cook. Slice on the diagonal. Serves hot. |
